Information we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, company, email, phone number, project location and any documents you share. Our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, which we use for security and to improve the site.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes and estimates and communicate with you about them.
- To send invoices and keep business records.
- To improve the website and protect it from abuse.
Project documents
Plans, specifications and bid documents are used only to prepare your estimate. They are stored on secure systems, are never shared with other bidders and are deleted on request. We sign NDAs on request.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as email and file storage), and only as needed, or when required by law.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled they are used only to understand how the site is used in aggregate.
